Jonathan is a dedicated student who is currently studying at California State Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo. He is currently working on his 5th year thesis project. Architecture has been his passion since he was a young child and plans to go on to graduate and get his architectural license and further continue his career as a soon to be architect. His architectural journey has given him the chance to study abroad in Florence, Italy for a year where he was able to travel all over Western Europe to see and experience architectural feats during and before his time.
Architecture is in everything, it defines space to allow humans to create environments. Art is in architecture. Design is architecture. Buildings are not architecture. Buildings are built and contain people. Architecture on the other hand can offer a sensual and poetic experience that is built and imagined. Architecture has social, global, and personal responsibilities. The architect is in control of these responsibilities and Jonathan is further investigate architecture with these responsibilities.
